How long will the project take?

This is determined by the type and size of your project. Some take hours; others, weeks.

When can you start?

Once pricing is agreed upon and a deposit for 20% (labour) has been paid, your project will be added to the earliest calendar date.

How much will it cost?

Each job requires a site measure to determine a price based on labour and materials.

Do I need a permit?

This will be explained during the site measure and we will let you know what steps you need to take, if any.

What happens if I want to make changes once the project has started?

The best way to handle a project is to try and think through all of the options before the project begins, just so there are no surprises for anyone. However, sometimes things change. When new elements are added to a project, the cost of labour and materials can increase. It is our policy to communicate, communicate, communicate. When something is going to change the cost or the timeline of the project, we will let you know as soon as possible. You always have the option to modify your project, but we reserve the right to modify the cost accordingly. The best result for us is that you are happy with how things turn out, so don’t be afraid to speak up.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the products that we recommend. If a problem arises, please call us as soon as you become aware of it, so that we can work with you to make it right.

I am more than satisfied with all the completed work carried out by Justin Howard & Trinity Custom Carpentry. Justin Howard is a true professional, reliable, and trust worthy.

It is hard enough to find a contractor you can trust to complete work with you present, let alone meet the standard of work you expect. I was able to entrust Justin Howard & Trinity Custom Carpentry with my home to finish my two stairways in maple, install three floors of maple flooring, and the installation of all baseboards and casing with out any issues. All of this was done while I was working out in Northern Alberta. I came back home to find all work complete and my house clean.

Being the professional that Justin is, he kept an open line of communication via phone and email, always making sure he understood what I wanted in the work being done. He kept me updated on the progress and finish of work by text, email, and the all–important digital photos. I never felt that at anytime, work was being done that I would not be happy with.

Thanks for all the hard work, it shows!
